Manaccom Product Returns

Please note that all stock returns must be pre-approved and carry an RA Number before they will be accepted.

An official Manaccom RA Form must accompany all returned stock An Acrobat PDF document to allow printing of this form is available here for downloading (13 kb file size).

Note that all returns to Manaccom for any reason MUST

  • Include an RA number, which must be shown on the outside of the package;
  • Include your name on the outside of the package;
  • Be sent to our Brisbane address; freight at your cost:
    Manaccom House, 10 Camford Street, Milton, Qld 4064
  • Have each product itemised and reason for return listed on your claim form;
  • Include the official printed form with the product(s), filled in correctly;
  • All store-affixed stickers (including security tags on outside of package or under flaps) must be removed or the product is not considered to be in re-useable condition;
  • Product returned for stock rotation must be in re-useable condition.

Returns that do not comply with all the above will be rejected, and freight will be at the store's cost.

We recommend that you bring any returns to the attention of your Sales Rep on the next visit -; but if you require an RA sooner for damaged goods or shipping errors please call your Sales Rep or contact Sales at Manaccom on (07) 3331 5999 or fax to (07) 3331 5959; or email manaccom@manac.com.au

Basically, only three reasons for returns will normally be accepted:

  1. Faulty stock (customer receipt must be supplied) (RA code FS)
  2. Exchange goods as arranged with Manaccom (RA code SOE)
  3. Sale or Return (original documentation must be supplied) (RA code SOR)

Please print out the form supplied and fill it in, then fax it to Manaccom as an RA Request.  When you have your RA number, you can complete the form and arrange to ship the goods to Manaccom.

If you have only one product to return, and this is for replacement of faulty stock only, you may also fill in the RA Request online below.  You will still need to print out and fill in the official form to accompany the returned goods.
