I'm currently running Windows XP and am running Zonealarm Internet Security Suite.
Unfortunately I have forgotten my password. I have followed previous advice to go to my c drive, Windows, Internet Logs and delete files that end in RDB and MDB
Unfortunately previous to this I was advised to start my computer in safe mode and delete any files associated to Zonealarm, I think what this has done now is deleted files that I shouldnt have and now I can't delete files as normal as above that end in RDB it's saying that I have to find a relevant file to open them in.
It's weird, I just want to get rid of Zonealarm off my computer.

If that hasn't worked, then you may need to manually uninstall ZoneAlarm following the instructions at http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs/board/message?board.id=AllowAccess&message.id=103.
