Mail Merge

Creating Mail Merge seems not to work on Compare although there are indtructions on help under create form letter and mail merge. the wizard stops for examplee once you choose Templates and does not show the left and right lists referred to.
Any help please

Hello,

Are you referring to Step 1. in the wizard and your selecting 'Start From a Template', you need to then hit browse to the right and select a template to use only then will it let you click 'Next' and continue with the wizard.
