28-in-1 card reader/writer

I received a free 28-in-1 card reader/writer with my purchase of Trend Micro Internet Security 2009. I have had the reader about 6 weeks and have just discovered that its not working today.
Im not sure what is wrong. Is it possible to return it to get it fixed or to get a replacement.
