For example, *.flv files can be converted once the Adobe® Flash® Player is installed. Apple® iPhones™ and the iPod™ Touch use the H.264 Video codec. You can chose this in the 'General' options, you may need to change the extension of the created file to '.M4V'. This will be a oneway conversion only. Note: Once you have your converted files you will need to import them into Apple® iTunes™ to transfer them to your device.
